Two amounts in different places.

Facilities and environmental service businesses coordinate subcontractor costs with customer billing. Invoice information and supporting email context need to reach the appropriate profitability records.

The customer invoice amount may be inside an attached Word document while the subcontractor cost appears in the email body. Some messages do not contain both amounts. Staff must extract the right information, identify the work category, calculate the difference where applicable, and record it in a spreadsheet.
