Website privacy
Your details.
A clear purpose.
This notice describes the information collected through this website and the optional services used when enabled.
Call requests
When you send the request form, we collect your name, company, work email, whether you are exploring SMB automation or an AI SaaS product, and your description of what you want to build or improve. If supplied, we also collect your phone, role, approximate workload, and existing tools. A source page, campaign label, request reference, and timestamp may accompany the request.
We use these details to assess fit, respond to you, arrange a conversation, and manage related follow-up. Please omit confidential information. The website does not request or accept document uploads.
Storage and team notifications
In a configured hosted deployment, requests are saved to a Turso database. During a local development preview, they are saved to a development SQLite database on the local machine. A saved request remains stored if a team notification is pending.
When configured, Resend sends request details to the MetaKlouds team for follow-up. Provider use depends on deployment configuration; naming a service here does not mean it is enabled in every environment.
Verification and abuse prevention
The server uses a hashed IP value for a 15-minute abuse-throttling window. The application does not store the raw IP address in its request database. Request metadata may still appear in the hosting provider’s operational logs.
Vercel BotID verifies form requests and may process browser and connection information for that purpose.
Scheduling
When Calendly scheduling is configured, its calendar is embedded on the booking page. You can choose a time there or open Calendly in a new tab. Calendly may process the details you enter to schedule the meeting under its own notice and terms. A call is booked only after Calendly confirms your selection. If scheduling is unavailable, the request form lets you ask us to arrange a time; sending it does not book a meeting.
Website analytics
PostHog measures page visits, clicks, selected booking times, optional fixed-choice reasons for deferring, contact-channel opens, saved contact requests, and booking completions reported by the embedded Calendly calendar. PostHog may record sessions to help us understand how visitors use the site. Form inputs and page text are masked in recordings and automatic click capture. We do not send form answers or contact details in our custom analytics events, and we remove query strings from event URLs. PostHog stores this analytics data in its US Cloud region. Vercel Analytics may also be enabled for website usage measurement.
Retention and removal requests
Retention periods for enquiry records and provider logs depend on the owner’s configured policy and applicable requirements. No fixed retention period is represented here.
You can request access, correction, or removal of your enquiry details through the contact form. Include enough information for the team to identify the enquiry. Please avoid sending confidential information.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated as the website’s configuration or information-handling practices change. Any later implementation project has separately agreed information handling, access, and operating terms.
